GAPS Supplements

In order to get the most out of GAPS, it’s important to choose a therapeutic strength supplement. These are a few that are recommended by Dr Natasha, but are by no means an exhaustive list:

Probiotics- Biokult, Gut pro, Custom probiotics

Digestive enzymes  (may also be needed for some people)

Fish oil or fermented Cod Liver Oil

L- Glutamine powder

Vitamin, mineral and Amino acid supplements.
