Make note of Symptoms

When first starting GAPS, or any healing diet it is really useful to start with a baseline of where you are starting from, so you can easily see the changes that have taken place.  So to help you do that I have created a printable checklist.  It is not exhaustive by any nature but it will start you off; however, the more information you can put down on paper at the start the better- before you can document the changes that are happening.
