Sourdough Rosemary Crackers

Have you been looking for a healthy and easy cracker recipes? well here is one for you.  It’s a favourite in our house and I hope you enjoy it as well.


  • 1 cup starter,
  • 1/3 cup liquid fat, (butter, ghee, coconut oil, Lard)
  • 1 cup flour,
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder, mix
  • Extra Salt
  • Rosemary (or herbs of choice)


  1. Combine, starter, flour and fat knead and leave overnight,
  2. Add salt, baking powder and herbs mix.
  3. Roll out thin on a cookie sheet, sprinkle with salt.  Roll again to press salt into a dough, slice with a pizza cutter if the desired shapes.
  4. Bake 220 for 6-8 minutes until crispy.
