Stage 2 – GAPS Meal Plan

is my stage 2 meal plan for the week. I have found that my family loves breakfast meatballs and when you find something that your family enjoys and are happy to eat, go with it! I also find having protein for breakfast is helpful in carrying everyone over until lunch. Lunch is a soup with some form of protein, whether it be poached chicken or some other meal from the night before’s dinners to act as a replacement for bread as well as filling everyone up. Also to cut down on the work in the kitchen making enough soup last two days it helpful.
